Explanation of Service Process

On this website, you will find information about the various subscription options, their scope, durations, and prices. The entire ordering process is conducted digitally. After selecting an offer, you will be directed to enter your address. You will be asked to provide your contact details via an input form (at minimum, title, name, email address, and shipping and/or billing address). Subsequently, you can choose one of the available payment methods, enter any payment information required, and complete your order. The website also provides the relevant delivery and subscription terms, and you can access our General Terms and Conditions (AGB) as well as our privacy policy. Fulfilment of Accessibility Requirements

The legal requirements regarding accessibility for us result from the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG), in particular Section 14 in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG with reference to the BFSG Ordinance.

This website complies with the relevant requirements of the BFSG and the BFSG Ordinance. It fulfils the specifications of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (WCAG) up to and including conformity level AA as well as the technical requirements stipulated in the BFSG Ordinance.

In particular, we have implemented the following measures to meet the accessibility requirements on this website:

- Contrast, Font, and Layout: We use and support a legible font in an adequate size and spacing, provide sufficient color contrast for all text and visual elements, and support standard browser and operating system settings for zoom or text scaling.

- Alternatives: We provide alternatives for non-text content; images and graphics are provided with understandable alternative texts.

- Keyboard Operability: All functions are accessible by keyboard. The sequence of focus jumps follows an intuitive structure. Active elements are clearly highlighted during keyboard navigation.

- Screen Reader Optimization: We have optimized our website for screen readers (ARIA labels for combined form fields, optimization of call-to-action buttons, heading structure, and error and success messages).

- Clickable Areas and Touch Targets Interactive elements are sufficiently large and provide adequate space between them. Navigation works in both portrait and landscape format, on both desktop and mobile devices.

- Complexity and Restrictions: We do not use complex path movements such as drag-and-drop or impose any time limits.

Compliance with these requirements was reviewed through a self-assessment conducted on 26 June 2025. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of this website.

Information on the Accessibility of Our Specialist Media Products

Please note that the specialist media products included in the subscriptions (printed trade publications and/or digital services) do not fall within the scope of the BFSG and are not, or only partially, designed to be accessible. We are also working to optimize accessibility in these areas.
